Triple Cup Gymnastics Weekend

It is a big USA Gymnastics competition weekend for both the Men and Women!

It all starts on Friday, March 2 with the Nastia Liukin Cup.

The top Junior and Senior Level 10 Women from around the country will battle it out for the top spots and the titles of Nastia Liukin Cup AA Champions!

On Saturday, March 3 is the American Cup, a FIG World Cup event.

Representing the US will be 2017 World AA Champion Morgan Hurd and 2017 Jr. AA National Champion Maile O’Keefe.

Also on Saturday, March 3 will be the Men’s Elite Team Cup.

This event was originally the “Elite Regional Championships”.  It showcases nine Men’s Regional teams consisting of 6 JR Elite Men and 1 Sr. male Elite athlete.  Team scores are based on 5 athletes competing on each event with the top 4 scores counting.

Nastia Liukin Cup – March 2, 8-10:30 p.m. ET

TV & Web Coverage:

  • NBC Sports Network: Tape-delayed from 11 p.m. – 1 a.m. ET.
  • NBC Live Extra: Live streamed via NBC Live Extra (NBCSports.com/live).  Coverage begins at 8 p.m. ET and will require cable authentication.
  • USA Gymnastics on YouTubeUSA Gymnastics will post coverage of the Nastia Liukin Cup, including all-around routines and post-competition interviews with both the junior and senior all-around champions.

American Cup – March 3, 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m. ET

  • USA Gymnastics on YouTube. USA Gymnastics will post coverage of the American Cup, including all competition routines, interviews from media day and post-competition and clips from podium training.
  • NBC Sports: Live coverage will air on NBC Sports beginning at 1 p.m. ET on March 3.

Elite Team Cup – March 4, 6-9 p.m. ET

  • Live stream: Live stream of the competition will be from 6-9 p.m. ET. The live feed will be available worldwide on the USA Gymnastics YouTube channel.
