Ever wonder what types of conditioning skills top gymnasts do in order to be successful?

Shannon Miller reveals her top 5 conditioning skills to help anyone, athlete or non-athlete, become stronger and build their endurance.

These skills include performing rebounds, handstand push-ups, handstand holds, leg lifts, and running.  If you are not able to perform any of these skills as she describes them, you can do a variation of them depending on your ability level.  For your convenience, I have listed variations of Shannon’s top 5 conditioning skills below.
