U.S. Men’s Senior National Team Selected


The U.S. Men’s Senior National Team was chosen shortly after the conclusion of the 2016 Winter Cup Challenge which was held this past weekend in Las Vegas, NV.

Members of the 2015 World Championship Team, including the team alternate, maintained their spots on the National Team.

Additional athletes were added to the National Team using the following criteria: the top three ranked all-around athletes who were not already on the National Team; two athletes based on the National Team Points System; two athletes were selected by the Men’s Program Committee; and one athlete was selected by the National Team Coordinator.

  • Akash Modi – Stanford University
  • Yul Moldauer – University of Oklahoma
  • Alex Naddour – USA Youth Fitness Center
  • John Orozco – U.S. Olympic Training Center
  • Eddie Penev – U.S. Olympic Training Center
  • Paul Ruggeri III – U.S. Olympic Training Center
  • Donnell Whittenburg – U.S. Olympic Training Center
  • Brandon Wynn – Ohio State University

The members of the Men’s Senior National Team will maintain their spots through P&G Championships which is being held in Hartford, CT on June 3 – 5.
