The #1 ranked Florida Gators Women’s Gymnastics team made NCAA Gymnastics history on Friday, January 29 during their home meet against #5 ranked Alabama.

The evening started out strong for the Gators after Alex McMurtry scored the evenings first perfect 10.0 on bars during their second rotation.

Next, Bridget Sloan showed how a “Beamer” gets it done when she recorded the Gator’s second perfect 10.0 routine of the evening.

Then during the Gators final rotation, Kennedy Baker helped her team make NCAA history by scoring the THIRD perfect 10.0 of the evening.

This is the first time in NCAA Gymnastics history that three perfect scores were posted by one team during the same meet.

The Gators finished the evening with a 49.5 on Vault, 49.475 on Bars, 49.525 on Beam, a 49.675 on Floor, and closing the evening with a season high team score of 198.175!

For the Gators, it seems all good things come in THREES!
