USA Gymnastics Ordered To Release Sex Abuse Complaint Files

A judge in Georgia has ordered USA Gymnastics (USAG) to release 54 sex abuse complaint files.

This is after the Indianapolis Star reported on how USAG took little to no action when informed about possible sexual abuse of athletes by their coaches.  Click here to read their full report.

A policy is in place at USAG to not report any sex abuse complaints unless they have come directly from a victim or a victim’s family.

USAG plans to appeal the order by the Georgia judge.
